Cancellation Policy
At Verve Psychology, we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected changes and challenges. We value your time and the commitment to your appointments, and we're here to support you every step of the way. To ensure that we can continue to provide the best care to all our clients and accommodate those who may be on a waiting list, we have a cancellation policy in place.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the allocated time to another person who may be in need of our services.
Here is our cancellation policy:
Cancellation with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice:
In the event of cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice, a $80 cancellation fee will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Missed Appointments with No Notice (Non-Attendance):
If an appointment is missed with no notice, regardless of the reason, the full fee will be charged. We hold this policy to ensure that appointments are utilized efficiently and to accommodate those who are actively seeking support.
Additionally, we kindly request that you confirm your appointment within 48 hours. We will also send you a text message reminder before your scheduled appointment to help you stay organized. Failure to confirm your appointment within this time frame may result in the cancellation of your scheduled appointment, and the slot will be offered to another client.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy. It allows us to provide timely and quality care to all our clients, ensuring that everyone can access the support they need on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. If you have any questions or require further clarification about our cancellation policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your well-being is our priority, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.
